Spot the difference: OptimizedIR and IR

Sometimes an innovation comes by combining two existing technologies. For instance, if you take a PTZ camera and add heatpipes, which divert heat away from the sensitive sensors and LEDs, new possibilities open up. Now, the infra-red (IR) LEDs that generate heat can be kept closer to the sensor, allowing LEDs to be built into the camera, which brings with it a variety of benefits.
