the good functioning of equipment and projects. It diagnoses the fault and
repairs it. It operates both on site and in remote maintenance, with or
without the maintenance contract. Also, training department is in charge of
preparing technical content for seminars, conferences, and classes in the field
of network and smart surveillance systems
The main roles of this unit include:
•Provide Warranty Services and Product Repairing inside the country
•Professional dispatching to provide on-site support services all over the country
•Servicing and maintenance of the entire project equipment available 24 hours a day in the form of annual contract
•Provide Remote Access Services
•Documentation of projects involves providing project plans with a view to project development and troubleshooting as soon as possible
•Organizing training courses at various levels such as Admin, Operator and Organizational Leaders are available to customers throughout the country
•Investigate Satisfaction of customers and comprehensive reports to improve the service process
